Our demands:
1. Cease all military aid to Rwanda. Stop providing diplomatic and political cover to Paul Kagame and the Rwandan government as long as they continue to destabilize the DR Congo.

2. ⁠Do not lift the sanctions on Dan Gertler, imposed on him in 2017 by the US Department of Treasury which said Gertler's corrupt practices resulted in the loss of $1.36 billion to the Congolese government in a two-year period.
